HOW MANY PHOTOS OR PRINTS CAN I HAVE DURING MY EVENT?
Unlimited 4x6 and 2x6 prints! You’ll also receive a private online gallery with every printed photo plus every single photo taken during the event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOOTH?
Please allow 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for pack-down at the end of your event.
WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO HELP US OPERATE THE BOOTH?
Yes! A friendly member of our Carolina Booth Co. team will be on-site the entire time your booth is rented. We’ll handle setup, take care of everything during the event, and manage breakdown so you can relax and enjoy the party.
CAN I POST TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA STRAIGHT FROM THE PHOTO BOOTH?
Yes! You can instantly email or text the photos straight from the booth to your phone — and share them on social media right away.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED FOOTPRINT AND BASICS FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH?
We need a flat, level space that is at least 10 ft x 10 ft, access to one standard power outlet, and clear access for our team. Please note that our backdrop stands are 8 feet tall.
IS THE SET UP TIME INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
The booth is set up one hour before your scheduled run time, and this is included in your package. For example, if you book a 3-hour package, you get 1 hour of setup + 3 hours of actual run time.
CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN BACKDROP?
Yes, definitely! We recommend choosing a non-reflective surface if possible. It’s also a great idea to chat with your stylist or event planner about the best flooring options.
CAN THE BOOTH BE SET UP HOURS BEFORE TEH EVENT STARTS?
Yes! The booth is designed to look sleek and attractive even when it's not in use, so it stays photo-ready all day or night. Just a heads-up — we do charge a $50 per hour idle fee if the booth sits unused for extended periods.
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
Yes, anything over 30 miles from 27604 includes a travel fee of $75–$100.
WHAT KIND OF PROPS ARE PROVIDED
Themed props, along with a variety of fun general props.
